The XX: Sculpture of the Album

I’ve been hot on the trails of UK band The XX since the summer. Melancholy and eerily haunting vocals and melodies are what fill my mind whenever I listen. Already so highly visually, you can only imagine how excited I was to find out that they hired Saam Farahmand to develop a 3D physical interpretation of their album. I’ve been very keen on artists who mix both visual and audio together and really try and make their performances and experience as well as a show. I’m eager to see what this will look like.
